I added a new style and it leaves off a portion of the url needed to actually work. Basically it shows www.sccollectors.com/image.jpeg when it should show www.sccollectors.com/forums/image.jpeg
Can anyone help me? |

go into your admincp / styles and stuff / go into your specific style and select the main style var option from the drop down.
Scroll down and you will see the place you can enter the path. By defaults its /images/etc.jpg which is relative to your forum home but you can add the full path http://www.mysiterocks.com/forum/images.etc.jpg if your calling the images from a front page above or outside the forum directory. |

I have already changed those. It didn't help
for instance this is the correct url http://sccollectors.com/forums/image...ine=1115442172 Here is what this style displays. image.php?u=1&dateline=1115442172 This works fine and dandy in the forum, but I am also running vbadvanced and it doesn't I have figured out if I go into the header template and change an image src I can get it to work, only problem I have with that is I am going to have to do it about 60 or so times, because every link does it. Including none pictures. |

In your admicp, under your vbadvanced options, there should be a box for header and navbar replacements. Try adding the full url path there, is should automatically change the url on the fly when going through your advance index.

Are you talking about this? Header Replacements Says to "Here you may enter a list of filenames that may appear in your header that should be prefixed with your Forum's URL." I could do this with the images, but this wouldn't work with the urls would it? Cause all the links that are on that page inside of the style (not content though) are that way.
Okay I changed it, it works on most of the things, will have to do some slight modifications to get it to work. But I would like to thank you reeve. You are almost always the first to help. |

It should work on everything. Another idea here is to copy your header template into an editor and using find/replace to mass update the links too. (back it up first!)

I manually fixed the things that it didn't fix automatically, thanks for the help Reeve.
