Hi guys/gals
Im trying to write a website (php based) for our club site (www.performancecarclub.co.uk) and want to make a "members only" section On our vbulletin forum people who have paid membership are all in one usergroup (club members) so Im fairly sure I can ask for a username&password and check its valid in the VB database and that the usergroup is a member Also we have a usergroup "website team" who will be adding articles and review to the site so if I can check to see if they are part of the "website team" group aswell I will know wether to give them access to edit and add articles and reviews Can anyone help with this - im fairly competent with php but am unsure how passwords are stored in the vbulletin database and how to check them against the details entered ![]() Thanks ![]() |
