css editing ?

I am trying to throw together a style so it will fit in with the rest of my website...

im specifically looking how to change the css

i need to change the margin, but i cant find out where it is saved

is it easily changable ?













OK i edited the SQL databse to change that specific part
(that was a bit much work, right ?)

i am trying to make my style look exactly like the theme in phpnuke
is there an easy way to do it ?(ive spent a good while trying to find)
