As you are aware it is against the license agreement to distribute complete sourcefiles or major parts. Nobody can send you a file. You can however simply download a fresh copy from your member area at vbulletin.com

You should have the original from when you first obtained & installed vB - you are very foolish if you didn't keep a copy of your original source files - and what about all your backups ?
