BB Codes / Custom Profile Fields / and CountDown hack

Ok so here goes, I will lay it out.

I have the countdown hack that allows members to use bb code

 [countdown][/countdown] 


and it looks like this

Now I want to add a custom profile field where the user enters the date information.

Once that is entered correctly I want this to show up under their sig.

Any ideas?
