Removing welcome message

How can I change or erase this message for unregistered users...

Admin CP > Styles & Templates > Style Manager > Edit Templates > FORUMHOME Templates > FORUMHOME

Delete the following code:

Well, you could remove it from the FORUMHOME template.

Find:

and remove it.
