Odd Parse Error

I'm getting this parse error whenever I try to view a member profile. The only hacks installed are v3 Arcade, uCash/Shop and vBA CMPS.

Parse error: parse error, unexpected T_VARIABLE, expecting ']' in e:\domains\r\research-complete.co.uk\user\htdocs\forums\member.php(544) : eval()'d code on line 14

This is the line it's referring to :

error_reporting(E_ALL & ~E_NOTICE);

Anyone have any ideas what could be causing that ? I uploaded a fresh member.php file and it still did the same thing.
