Can a NavBar dropdown have multiple levels

I was wondering if it would be possible to have multiple levels to a NavBar dropdown. For example you could click on Quick Links and one of the options would be Posts. If you click that a second popup opens to the right which has New Posts, Today's Posts, My Posts etc.

That way there could be a lot more optione in the dropdown but it wouldn't get too cluttered.
