Im new but do not have a license..but I am a mod at another board.I really like vb but don't like it because im trying to get some new styles and skins for my friends board and I cant cause of this license bullcocka..
Why doesn't your friend just come here and get them? I don't think it's bullcocka because it keeps the wannabe's and illegal users from stealing peoples hard work.

All the skins relesed here is already out. It only takes 1 day if even that long.
We vbulletin users are a bit uptight and need to protect our exclusive circle =)
