Where can I look for folks who want to help out on some cool stuff?

I'm curious where the most appropiet place I could post (anywhere really on the www) that I'm looking for help with some projects. Not a money paying posistion as much as a project with personal benefit. I'm hoping to get a kid in high school with nothing much to do on the weekends or in general someone with time on their hands who'd be dedicated to helping me make some really cool stuff

Any suggestions?
