Where to get custom styles?

Are there any commercial sites that someone here would recommend that could do a custom style? I would like to have someone create the style I've been thinking about, possibily with some flash elements, plus provide me with some basic infomation on how to make small changes (like adding buttons/links) once it's finished and installed or be available to make the changes for me..

Thanks Mone' for the info... I'll check them out..

I've looked at vbStyles & they have a style I really like, but it's next to impossible to get them to respond, they've taken at least 1 week to respond to an enquiry and I've been waiting for almost 2 weeks now for a response to my last message.
