Hello,
As per a system arranged with Jelsoft (I have emails to back it up), someone who owns various vB licenses transferred a "sublicense" to my name. By that I mean that I have a "restricted" vB Members section access (I only control my one license, not the whole account). Thus, I can give my license number and password to the admin here, but cannot possibly change the email, as it would be illegal. Let me know what step to take. |

Under any circumstances DO NOT give your license infomation to anyone. Not even the vBulletin.com support/dev's will ever ask for it unless under extreme circumstances.
As for your situation, e-mail Jelsoft and sort it out with them, there really isn't anything we can do. They can grant you license status as they know your situation alot better then we do. |

Correct, email sales@vbulletin.com or support@vbulletin.com and they will sort you out.
