Ok, this might be a dump question, but um, is there php software that can show en. for en. lang members and guests, but if you clicked a button it can convert over to other lang. of choice. Is this possible or is it a pain in the buttocks???

Ok, say most speak en., but then a overseas guest links to site. he or she don't understand en. so they leave or they see a button that converts over to there lang. Is this possible or is it to difficult for PHP guru's. I need to know please. I sometimes go to vbulletin franc and germ, but can only understand a little. Many overseas come to american sites, but because they don't understand they leave.
