HTML for thread subjects on for admins

I've got an edit working that makes it so Admins can use HTML in posts, but I'd like to make it so admins can use it in the thread subject so it shows up on the forumdisplay and the top of the postbit in the html used.

Anyone know how to do this? I've toyed around a bit with it but can't figure it out.

I have an unpublished hack that allows BB code to be displayed in sticky thread titles. I can publish it if you are interested.

I've read every post you've made regarding putting HTML in the subject. One was made in October of last year, and I tried to use it but those edits are obsolete now.
