Does anyone here do hacks for money? I need a hack written.

I have a Vbulletin forum on my site and wanted some extra functionality built into it.

What im after is pretty advanced and i dont think a solution exists out there for it.

Basically i want a promotion switch on the forum so that the signup routine would go like this and be switchable.

1. user signs up
2. received validation email and clicks on link to activate account
3. forum recognises this and makes them a valid user, user then posts away!

(this is all pretty normal till now :-)

4. Forum then sends out another email, using a HTML template ive built that contains a thank you message, some gfx, and a UNIQUE GIFT VOUCHER NUMBER
5. user can then use this gift voucher number when they shop at a online retailer who provides me with the unique numbers. they receive a discount or some other offer provided by the online retailer.

So i need also to be able to turn the promtion on and off, upload the spreadsheet with the voucher numbers into a table in the database and also purge it at the end of a promotion.

I'd also need to be able to upload the html template thats used as well and allocate a spot in it where the voucher ID would appear... and maybe also to edit the subject of the email..

The promotions are purely to generate interest in the forums and motivate people to become forum members.

Is this doable?
