heard this on the radio this morning on the way to work

a man in a RV is driving down the highway doing 60 mph, he sets his cruse contral and leaves the drivers seat and walks to the back of the RV and pours himself a cup of coffe, the RV wonders off the road and rolls 6 times, the man sued winobaga (sp? Oo) and wins!, he gets a new RV and 1.4 mill out of it, all because the instructions that come witht he RV say nothing about leaving the drivers seat while the RV is in motion

a idiot, or a genius for spoting the flaw and planing it, you decide

Yeah - that could ONLY happen in the US... *sigh*

Wish I'd thought of something like that when I was there :P

classic story... like the lady and mcdonalds. she sued MC because she spilled her coffee of her foot and there were no HOT instructions on the cup. she got out with 1.8mil... in states you get sued even if you look at someone.. she(he) can say: hey you looked bad at me.. i'm affraid to walk in that area because of you.

thank god i live in canada. btw the look story is true. it happened to one of my friends. she looked at a guy and he sued her for privacy abuse.
