Ok I'm using Plesk as my control panel and I am trying to upload a vBulletin v2.4 backup (20 megs) that I made, but it says I've uploaded it, but no tables show up. Is there anyone else that knows what's going on, I really don't want to lose all my members. Thanks.
it should be just find, log into your admin cp to make sure everything there...if you can't log into your admin cp, then use PHPMyAdmin to upload the back up db.
In my user cp it automatically uses PHPMyAdmin, so I use that to restore it too my database from my comp(the actual file is on my comp) and it says it's complete, but it still won't recognize any tables. smachol that link doesn't work...
You must mean in your CPanel. The 'user cp' doesn't have anything to do with phpMyAdmin. Furthermore you cannot reliably restore a backup using phpMyAdmin. To do it the right way you need shell access, via either telnet of ssh.
Sorry about the link. I've fixed it and it should work now.

You can use it from your 'user cp' in vBulletin? Pray tell, how did you manage that? This is not a standard feature in vB. Even more importantly, why would you want to do that?
