Stands for I'm not sure, T means text AFAIK. What is it is pretty much a 'coding' language talk thing which supposedly makes you look good.

I never got the hang of it.

My board isn't 1337 because the majority of its users are web design professionals and others at work looking to get into the business. They type in full sentences with capital letters where appropriate
