login.php problem

I can't figure this out. The Navbar login works fine. It's the ONLY place that anybody can login. If a user tries to access something that they can't or if they run into any other login screen, as shown in the picture. They get an invalid username or password screen. Why does the nabber login work but none of the others do.

This is the screen that will not accept a login. It causes a bit problem because if somebody submits for a lost password or any other reason, they can't login.

Have you tried disabling your plugins one by one to make sure that no plugins are causing this?

Yes, I have quiet a few but I disabled all of them at once to see if that would solve the issue.

So even if you enter a valid username/password combination, only that login screen page will not accept it? This happens on the default vBulletin style?
