changed url in adminCP by mistake and saved!!!!

Hello,

by mistake i was preparing to upgrade, but wanted to take a backup 1st, so changed the url in admincp to the supposed future url.

By mistake i forgot to change and saved. Now i am not able to login into admincp

i want to go to admincp and change the url for the site back

please help
