Strange problem with blocks / adsense code

Hello.
In the first time, sorry if my english isn't very good.

Well, in the last years I have configured some blocks in this part: admincp-publicity (or advertising, I don't know how appears in english )

I have configured 2 or 3 blocks in this part with this condition:
If the user not are in usergroup x, appears this blocks.

(This blocks contain code google adsense).

Well in this years work fine fine.

A few days ago edit this google adsense code or a new code adsense called: Automatic announcements, According to Google, you must insert this code in each page that you want to appear, and they are automatically, Google studies and publishes them in the best place that Google believes appropriate as well as the quantity. The idea seems great. As you do not enter it on the page and I want it to appear on all my pages, I have entered it in the ad that was previously just below the navbar, because that one appears on all the pages. So far, the result can not be better, everything has grown considerably, and now I have ads where I did not have before (because of the impossibility of configuring them) and I see it much better.

But have a strange strange error...

Like indicate above, I have configured this with: If the user not pertain at usergroup x (in this usergroup x, aren't any user).

And this is the mistery...

I am a site admin of the site, I view this news ads by google but....yesterday, for other questions, logout with mi user admin, and login with a regular user...ooo!!! surprise! Now, appears a lot more ads by google in others places of the site (places a lot better).
Thinking its puntual, I start my tests:

Same browser, loged with admin user, only view some ads. Logout (same browser, not close and reopen, sme browser) and loggin with regular user, appears more ads in more places in the site.

I made all changes in my regular user and continue viewing more ads and in more places.

But my admin user, only view some ads...

I review all of config site about permissions and more...I don't view the reasson for this....strange or mistake...
