Hi,
A question about integrating vBulletin & WordPress.... I am a developer supporting a vBulletin forum and want to know if anyone out there has a solution to a problem I have. A quick summary of the problem: Previously the forum was integrated with WordPress such that the WordPress header, footer and sidebar were automatically imported into the forum's template. This was doe by a WordPress plug-in (Pixopoint) extracting the HTML for header, footer & sidebar and then hooks within vBulletin implemented those pieces of HTML into it's own template. Sadly the plug-in stopped being supported several years ago and it's got to the point where the plug-in can't work with the latest version of WordPress. The hooks with vBulletin continue to work but the HTML for the header, footer & sidebar is no longer being updated automatically. So, the question is: does anyone else out there have a similar set up and what are they using to integrate the two systems? Many thanks, Adam |
