Looking for experienced vBulletin developer

Hello, I apologize if this is the wrong area for this type of post. I'm new to the board.

I'm looking for someone to take on a project. We have a very plain, vBulletin community that's really not being used by my clients. I need a major overhaul on the look, layout and I need to understand what additional add-ons or plug-ins I should consider. I'm not even sure what version we're running, so an upgrade may need to be done - essentially, this will be a new install, because the content in the community is minimal, and I'm not worried about salvaging it.

I'm looking for someone who can commit to a timeline, is fair on the pricing, and is extremely experienced - with tremendous graphic design skills. If you are, and if you have a portfolio for me to review, please contact me.

Again, if this is the wrong area to post this, I'd greatly appreciate it if I could be directed to the right area.

Please be sure you read all the sticky threads/announcements in that forum so you learn how it works.

Be warned you should do some research before giving anyone money, we have no way to vet who may answer you. Ask for a list of their prior work (and verify it) or make some kind of deal where you don't pay until you're happy.
