Hey, could someone explain to me which friendly url type is best to use?

1) Standard URLs
2) Basic Friendly URLs
3) Advanced Friendly URLs
4) Mod Rewrite Friendly URLs

Which one is best for SEO and overall? I have no idea which one to use.

I would use the mod rewrite version of the urls. It will put the title of the thread in the url.

this is the kinda thing you set it and forget it once your forum is established.
