Hi....anyone shed some light on this error...thanks

The version of vBulletin is 4.2.2 pl 1 and php 5.3.3....

That has to do with your php version, you are going to have to find out what version to go to to keep that error from popping up ... if you have control panel you can change your default php version there ...
