Reimporting deleted vB3 skins through phpMyAdmin

I deleted some old vB3 skins, but I still have an old backup of the database in which these vB3 skins were still in the database. I'm not going to reuse that database now, because its forum history is outdated. That said, I'd like to reimport some old skins from it into the up to date, in use database. So I've exported the style templates from the old database in raw text sql files, and reimported them into the new database. No problem here. But then there's stylevar and stylevardfn left, which I assume is where the rest of the skin content is at (or is there another template I'm not aware of?).

Problem here is, most of the styleid in here, for the vB3 skins, are numbered as "-1", so I'm not sure which one to export and reimport. How do I proceed?

The reason why I'm doing it this way, is because I can't just upload the xml files from the original vB3 skins, because they're not made for vB4, and when I do, all I get is a default vB4 skin with some errors. Before I deleted the vB3 skins (I was on vB4 at the time), I remember they were working for the most part, but needed some outdated templates updated for vB4. so that's why I now want to reimport them through phpMyAdmin and update them through admincp after that's done.

Be way easier just to restore the database and hook it up to the same versions files, and export the styles.
