Where is autosave saved?

I turned off the autosave feature on our message board because I could not figure out where the text was being saved or how to get it back.

Now we have some users who take a long time to compose and likely need the feature. If I knew how it worked I would turn it on to see if it helps.

Mostly I just found all those popup messages annoying before.

On the person's browser.

How does one retrieve the contents of the autosave table?

Cool. If you have content in the autosave buffer (table) a button appears in the lower border of the edit window prompting you to restore the autosave when you open a new edit window.

The old annoying "autosaving" popup message seems to be gone also.
