Plugin to take hosted images, turn them into permanent images.

Is there a mod out there that will take all the images that are hosted on other sites, like photobucket, imgshack, and so on that are placed on your forums threads and change them to a permanent image, basically hosted on your site/server. So if the member that posted up the image takes down that image on their image hosting account, the image is still shown within that post.

Any mods out there like that for vb. I know there is one for xf, but I am not on xf.
