help to locate links near header

Hi guys, ive been looking for this for ages now. Where do i find the following links so i can change them. They appear on the top of my forum.

New Posts FAQ Calendar Forum Actions Quick Links

you know those links with javascript.

Also where do i look where the forum has the tree?

forum> topic> thread ect..
