Adding vb:if browser to CSS, not working.

I'm trying to add margin-bottom:<vb:if condition="!is_browser('firefox')">-103px;</vb:if>; but it isn't working. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong.

As you can see the if condition should only appear in firefox and no other browser.

Any tips?
