Hey guys, I'm not much of a web designer myself I'm afraid but I've nonetheless decided to try my luck at recoloring the skin I'm using as well as adding some custom graphics to it. The latter's gone pretty well so far, but I'm having issues with the former - I've went through all the stylevars and searched the templates for the color codes but for some reason, I just can't figure out how to change the following colors:
![]() I've tried to find a solution via Google but my Google-Fu appears to be too weak to accomplish this task. Maybe you can help me out, though - I'd really appreciate it. --------------- Added [DATE]1363199061[/DATE] at [TIME]1363199061[/TIME] --------------- Nevermind, I managed to resolve the issue by spending some time with Firebug. The original developer of the skin had a color override defined in their additional.css file and the reason I couldn't find it was that they defined the color in rgb rather than a hex triplet. |

Don't you just hate that!
![]() Just a note to anyone else looking at changing their colours and or font sizes. These can mostly be found in the CSS scripts, and on odd occasions I have found them in templates. Chang these may also affect other areas of your style. Like changing the search bar background colour, may influence the background to your calendar or widgets. I found it much easier to just write your own bit of insertion and place this in the additional.css. As mentioned above. |
