Date Conditional

I am trying to create a conditional based on the date. My website turns 9 on March 22nd and I was going to change the sites logo for the occasion. I was thinking that I could make it conditional based and it would swap them every year on the 22nd for me. I simply can't find anything that shows how to do this, which is why I am reaching out to everyone. Does anyone know how to write this?
