Reply With Quote Problem

When one clicks 'Reply with Quote' it says it's loading on the first click but never does anything. Once you click a second time it reloads the page and then works. To fix this, I changed a link URL somewhere in the admin CP (i don't remember what), but once I do that then the smileys no longer work. What do I do?

Create a new style with no parent:

• Styles & Templates > Style Manager > Add New Style
• Parent Style: No Parent Style
• Title: Default vBulletin
• Allow User Selection: Yes
• Save

Then browse the site using that totally default vbulletin style - do you still have the same problem?

Yes I do, same problem exists.

Try disabling your modifications/plugins and see if you still have this problem.
Note: To temporarily disable the plugin system, edit includes/config.php and add this line right under <?php

Tried that, no luck. People are beginning to really complain about it, what can I do?

Can you post a link and a test login and a link to a test thread I may try to quote someone in so I can check it out using firebug.

Thank to Lynne, we figured out that my AJAX.php file was missing in my root. Downloaded that file from members.vbulletin.com and uploaded it through my FTP program. Everything works perfectly now! Thank you very much Lynne!
