Forum Block help

Hey all! I am in need of some help. I only know enough code to tweak it. I'm looking to add some forum blocks to the right side of the forum home page. I figured out how to add the "Latest Posts" block. I was wanting to add a few more. Like:

Twitter Block
Facebook Activity Block
Top Posters Block
and maybe a Current Command Staff online Block

I downloaded the Sidebar Anywhere (Formerly Sidebar for Activity Stream) by BOP5 addon but it looks like the blocks have to be created for it to even work is this correct? Any way if someone can please help me.
