Allow Edit user but not Delete user?

I have a question and I think it's a hard one.

We have a medium sized forum and a number of moderators and admins.

We would like to know if it is possible to give admins access to the AdminCP and let them manage Members, but not let them Delete Members.

Is that possible?

Edit: oops, posted this in vbulletin.org, meant to post in vbulletion.com - my bad. If anybody has an answer or knows of a mod that can enable this, I'll still be appreciative of a reply.
