Well i do know how to do it but in some style it seem thats does not work! For example: im making logo by not using PS so i made banner a bit smaller than default style has but is there any different way i can add banner/logo to forum ? Thanks!

You can do it easy by just replacing the old Logo( In your Ftp Images/Misc Folder) and upload the new logo on its place with the same file name IE vbulletin4_logo.png

Stylevars > ImagePaths > titleimage ?

I'm assuming you've tried that. I'm not sure if an outside link would work though as I have it pulling from my forums root directory.
