Vbulletin Option Problem; Forum Hacked

Hello,

I believe this forum software is one of the most secured forum. But we are still being attacked by the hacker. We have less plugins only Forum Statistic


this is one of the vbulletin option, a blank one


Can this be the possible security hole? Or can you please give me options on which part we are possibly have a hole that this egyptian hacker managed to hack our forum.

Can someone tell me how to delete this?

I don't see that you were hacked by what you showed above, I see that you did not completely install whatever that is. Its missing all phrases that show content on that page, or you uninstalled something that you need to remove the files for said addon via ftp for this page to be removed.

If you notice, its like the vsa-chatbox plugin option. And it doesnt need ftp. Where should i delete it?

Uninstall the product...that should remove it.

I don't follow the hackers saga... they are never ending and can't be stopped. If they want in, they will get in.
Just make sure your vbulletin is up to date with latest security patches & all addons are up to date with lastest version.

We do not have chatbox anymore only vsa statistics. Thank you for the tip.

What you posted above is not from cybchatbox, not sure what it is.
Something you uninstalled that had files that you uploaded with it need to be removed.
She what products you have dis-abled, it may be that.
I have never seen a hacker just remove phrases.... Just my 2 cents...good luck

i like paranoia...

no egypsian hacker forced your site... this is pathetic. hackers BREAK YOUR SITE... not delete phrases in a plugin display...

you simply imported the phrase .xml in the wrong way, deleting your language by the same time... revert your language.

As he said is true bc if they hack they would delete any thing in ACP. (not only does that. As in my opinion.)
