how do I add a staffs accound to my vb account?

Add your staff's email there and ask them to register at vb.com and vb.org forums using that email.
I guess that's how it works.

They will be able to then post at vb.com and vb.org, but they will not be able to put in tickets. Only the account owner may do that.
