Searching something like Vbouncer

Mods: please move this thread if in the wrong section, this was my best guess as to the appropriate place.

I am looking for whatever is the newest version of something like Vbouncer. I am running vb4.x and desperately need something to cut out all members with bouncing emails (that bounce at least a few times). I have over 80,000 members but I'm certain 40,000+ of them are spam bots or fake emails and it kills my server. Also, when I do need to send out an email with my cron-based system, I don't want my emails delayed forever for real members when fake ones get priority.

Please provide some guidance guys. Thanks!
