How to change VB default ad space location and also create new ad space?

Help needed in Customizing Default ads position in Vbulletin

Dear friends, am new here..i need some help on how to customize my ads position

I have Vbulletin4 x publishing suite...I need help in changing positions of VB default ad positions

VB has Global,Board,Forum,Threads,Blogs,Archive and my priority is to change Forums and Threads default position etc

My priorities...1. I want skyscraper to place in Forum by moving fluid content aside below header.
We cant place skyscraper without moving content part aside like shown in an image ( see the image below attached for an idea)
(As you know VB default has default ad position as below the thread list in the Forum)

2. Want to get first ad position under first post or in middle and second ad before last post
(As you know VB thread has 2 positions as default 1.First post content and 2. Last post content)

Any one can tell me how to do this ...As of now i modified my website(custom style) to fixed style from fluid style with 1050 px doc max width and set auto right and left in Doc margin...so now my header,content body and footer everything is in fluid style...To place skyscraper i think i need to move content part aside at right side.

If possible i may think put small ad block along with skyscraper...plz guide guys..how to do step by step and what templates to modify..am new to this stuff just learning things slowly

I may also need to create new ad space than vb default provides per board,forum,global etc..how to do create new ad space other than default space...i mean i have 2 issues...(1) change ad space to selected location over a given page. Next (2) create new ad space other than default space.
