How can I get the header to render correctly and not in white?

So on our site whenever a user goes from a tab to the home screen the header renders white, see image:

This is related to <div id="header" class="floatcontainer doc_header">

How can I get the header to render correctly and not in white?

I think it is related to this code and the #FFFFFF white space command but there are so many I dont know what one to remove:

Okay I've fixed it, it seems AdBrite was causing the error. I wish I never got banned from adsence about 4 years ago
