Joomla coder for pay

Would i be able to post once i get license in the forum where people work for $$$ if someone could create a Joomla basic theme for me? Or is it strictly Vbulletin oriented themes & mods.


I want to create a template theme or edit a theme too look like this Vbulletin theme.

I don't need the functions for login to work on Joomla or be integrated with the Joomla pages. All the pages I will make in Joomla will just be static pages. The home page, forum, blog, and support are all on Vbulletin. I just need to make a promotions page and other static pages. These can be viewed by everyone.

These are the steps I want to accomplish.
1. Make the background of site this color #f0f0f0
2. Make the width of the site 1000px
3. Make the navigation bar black instead of white
4. Make the footer of the site black
5. Instead of the site cutting of on the bottom I would like the white portion of the page to stretch all the way to the bottom so the gray background is only on the sides.

Something simple like this . I have absolutely minimal Joomla knowledge lol but im sure some experienced person would Joomla would know which template would allow me to create this.

Once you purchase and you show up as licensed I reckon you can... I normally see vBulletin requests only but since you will be running Joomla w/ vBulletin there should be someone out there willing and able to take on the job - not a guarantee but I would think so .

How would you say it would be to create a template like that in Joomla? Or what CMS would be better to use to create the static pages?

Like with the CMS that comes with the Vbulletin, would i be able to create a new blank page and have 3-4 banner type images. And have those images redirect to other blank pages that I would create?

I didn't purchase the VB license yet so i'm not sure if I can have private messages. I am purchasing VB this Wednesday.

I found someone to create the exact replica of theme on Concrete5 CMS for around $100, but i have no idea how to use that CMS. If you have skype just add me on skype
