Quick reply error

Gday everyone.
I for some reason have a repeating error with the quick reply.
Every theme i use. Even the most recent one that i just made from the theme creator is having it happen.
Basically when i change a theme the quick reply works.
Then after a day or less it stops working.
It simply does not accept text or load up the icons at the top.
Can anyone help me with this please.
The Advanced reply seems to keep working under any theme.

I posted this problem up on vbulletin.com also.
I tried reupping all files and this fixed the problem for one post.
Then it went back to quick reply and reply button not working.
Only the go advanced is working.
Any help would be greatly appreciated at this point.
