Hi i am looking for a pop up message mod or add on what ever i can get to create a pop up like forums.digitalpoint.com
i want to create this bcz i have just switched from phpbb to vb and all my existing users should be able to know that we have switched from phpbb to vb and they would be able to log in by remaking their password again

I don't see any pop-up on digital point... But the best way to tell people things like this is with the Notices system... In Admin CP -> Notices -> Add a New Notice

Choose the option to show it only to Unregistered/Not Logged In users, since anyone who has logged in had obviously already changed their password.
