I set my rss feed to check every 10 minutes but it doesn't and I need to manually press schedule task now for it to work. Do you know what is wrong?

Did you check to make sure the scheduled task is enabled? Also, it won't run unless there's activity on your forum.

Also, would 3 members be considered activity. We have closed the site so far while we are finalizing features and have posted numerous threads in our staff forums. Could this have anything to do with the RSS feed to not work?

IIRC, it doesn't update unless a regular member logs in (non-staff)
