Custop posting system

hello,
I would like to integrate vbulletin with my site.
I need to know how I can add posts and threads to the vbulletin from forum outside page.
Example:

page www.example.com -> post form -> send button -> call vbulletin function-> save in vbulletin database -> update all tables (number of posts to thread, last post etc)
