Is there mod to make vbulletin to be social bookmarking sites, like digg,fb,twt etc?

is there a mod that can do this or similar?

so people can put our site button in their sites, just like digg, delicious, fb, twitter button, and inserted to our forum thread

so instead copy paste their post (example from wordpress blog), they can easily share it with click the button in their sites
