OK, while writing a mod I came across userchangelog. Now maybe I'm just blind but I can't seem to find anywhere that the info recorded in userchangelog is used.

Seems odd that a table would be included to be written to when there isn't anywhere the data is used.

Am I blind? Or is this just a table that can grow in size without a use?

Would I be safe in pruning information out of that table?
