How to move Google Banner Ad to Nav Bar?

Hi,

If you refer to my screen shot... you will see that my google ad bar is between my forums and the nav bar. It takes up a lot of room and kind of cuts off the look of the site.

How can I move the ad bar into the nav bar next to the name of the foums?

(The big white space above the nav links)

I think this would make the site look better and more integrated.

If you can help I would appreciate it.
