Top Links styling problem in IE not FF

Hi, need some help please off someone who can tell me how to fix this problem..

On my toplinks (Home, Forum etc) they don't stay properly in style when looking in internet explorer... in firefox they show up perfectly... It also weirldy takes out "view site leaders" and "whos online" from the quick links menu

You'll see how they look in IE in the image below .. I have disabled any mod that use that area and still the same problem exists .. anyone have any suggestions?
